White, Getgey & Meyer is a small civil litigation law firm that handles cases throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky involving personal injury claims (home, auto, business), wrongful death claims, and commercial/business disputes resulting in litigation. The ideal Litigation Paralegal candidate will be responsible for handling all stages of civil litigation. This candidate should feel comfortable working closely with attorneys and other Litigation Paralegals in a team environment but should also be able to independently draft pleadings; draft and respond to discovery requests; manage all aspects of written discovery; collect and review medical treatment records and bills; and work directly with clients, insurance claims representatives, and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate should be smart, thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized because the position involves coordinating all phases of litigated cases, from intake through settlement or trial.
