The role:As Vice President of Ingredients Marketplace, you will play a crucial role in setting and executing ingredient handling strategies and warehouse development that supports our business's growth and success. This role is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for handling all ingredients and indirect goods required by the business. This position is accountable for building out a national warehousing strategy, capable of inventorying and handling thousands of unique ingredients and product SKUs. The Associate of Retail Marketing is responsible for supporting the wholesale business across US and Canada. Cross functional collaboration will be key, as this individual partners closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations Creative, PR, Influencer, Social) to develop and execute new launches and promote evergreen campaigns within retail partners. Strong communication skills will also be critical, as this individual will act as liaison between ILIA team and retail partners (Sephora North America, ULTA, Specialty Accounts) on a daily basis.
