You'll be helping customers transition to their new homes or businesses, which is a rewarding experienceKey Responsibilities:Safely drive a and maneuver a 26-foot moving truckLoad and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safelyWork with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businessesProvide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as neededCommunicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful moveUse your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the moveEnsure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properlyComply with al DOT and FMCSA regulationsAct as the Team Leader for the moving team, executing a game plan for the moveComplete daily truck inspections and equipment inventoryComplete the move paperwork and handle customer paymentMaintain a positive, can-do attitudeRequirements:Be 21 years or olderPossess a valid Drivers’ License and good driving record, NO CDL requiredA willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekendsThe ability to lift 100 poundsThe ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairsA friendly personality with customer service skillsThe ability to work effectively in a team environmentA commitment to safety and professionalismIf you're ready to join our team of movers and drivers at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in SAVANNAH, GA and provide our clients with exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Pooler, GA.
